We have a fantastic characterful three bedroom cottage set in a quiet rural hamlet, well placed in mid Cornwall. 

This unique cottage retains may original features and has been modernised to offer quality bathrooms, electric central heating and double glazing. It is attached to a small rural office where most staff work from home, the office has a space either side of the cottage but allows the full use of it's garden creating the large space shown in the images and meaning there are no domestic neighbours and the house remains a peaceful retreat.

The main house offers two double bedrooms and a quirky third room in the eaves which works well as a child's room, dressing room or office.  There is an open plan living space with two log burners and electric radiators, a bathroom and a separate shower room, both recently refurbished to a high standard and a fully fitted kitchen with range cooker.

The property is offered unfurnished, with a cooker.  All other bills are the responsibility of the tenant.

There is parking for three cars in front of the office meeting room (this is not a garage as it may appear on the images, and not included in the rental of the cottage). The large garden with use of the rustic summerhouse runs behind the office which is occupied during normal working hours.
