Massive double room available from the beginning of Octoberin a very spacious Victorian house at the top of Stow Hill, on a quiet road.

We are an all female household and so are looking for a professionalwoman to take the room.

The city centre is a 15 to 20 minute walk and we are closeto public transport and motorway access.

The house is clean quiet, friendly and supportive, we tendtowards introversion rather than extroversion and are left leaning. We all takea share in the cleaning etc.

House mates hobbies include, knitting, sewing and othercrafts. Gardening. Health and fitness in various forms, wild swimming, cycling,yoga, Zumba and walking, etc. Our ages range from 29 to 59. I have a camper vanand can be a bit of a hippy, we also have a techie in residence. None of ussmoke, do drugs or are big drinkers.

The six bedroom house has a maximum 4 (Email Removed After Let) are 4 showers, 3 toilets, a shared kitchen and sitting room and afall out room for hobbies and computers etc. Everyone has dedicated cupboard,fridge and freezer space in the kitchen.

I am intending a new kitchen in October which will givemore prep and cupboard space.

Rent includes, council tax, water rates, gas, electric,internet, TV licence and is £400 pcm. The room can be let furnished orunfurnished. There are fitted wardrobes all along one side so lots of storagespace and we have a selection of furniture in the house so bedroom furnishingsare negotiable.
