Perfectly located on Stow Hill, the house is walking distance to the Royal Gwent Hospital, Newport bus station, has great access to the M4, and is a few minutes walk from the buzz of the city centre, which makes it the ideal spot for commuting into Newport, Cardiff or Bristol.

You'll have the privacy of your own lounge & kitchenette in the room, as well as access to three shared shower rooms to reduce the chance of any queues. You'll also have great views of the cathedral.

PLEASE NOTE: Before viewing, please be advised that although the bedsits have been complete to a very high standard, the hallways need to be redecorated. This is part of the upgrade work planned, but the hallways won't be ready before you move in.

Priced at £450 per month, including several bills, this room won’t be around for long. You will be responsible for your own electricity and wifi.

COUPLES WELCOME AT £650 PER MONTH (as we will have to keep another bedsit empty to stay within our council licence requirements).
