You will only be sharing with two other housemates and it is very likely you will rarely see them! The kitchen, bathroom and living room will usually always be vacant and it will feel like you have the house to yourself. The street itself is off the main road and the neighbours are also very quite.

The current full time employed housemates are clean, friendly and respectful so you can rest assured that you will always be living with nice people!

The house itself is virtually new as it was completely refurbished not so long ago, and is always kept clean and tidy. As the proeprty is let by a private local landlord, any maintenance issues are responded to quickly, so you do not have to be concerned in the unlikely event something will need to be fixed. The Room is lockable and all modern furnishings are provided including a memory foam mattress.
