THE HOUSE

A 5-bedroom, 3-bathrooms Victorian-style house with a huge yard, a garage, and a potential home gym. It has a separate living area and a separate dining area, all fully furnished. The kitchen has a gas cooker and oven, washer-dryer, microwave, and fridge-freezer. There is free on-street parking too.

THE ROOMS

2 nice, bright, and cosy double rooms to let in a fully furnished house. The rooms have double bed, wardrobe, and bed side drawer.

The only thing you need to bring is your luggage and your nice self.

I live in the house, and I am a remote working young professional.

The rent is all bills inclusive (heating, hot water, gas, water rates, broadband, council tax, electricity...etc).

The house is close to all local amenities and big stores like Aldi, Lidl, and Asda, both in Byker and Wallsend. The bus stops to and from the city centre in front of the house.

The rooms are available for short term as well, but price may change.
