Additionally, a professional cleaning company will visit the property weekly and clean the communal areas keeping the place nice and tidy which is also included within the rental price.
There is a communal living and dining area which includes a large sofa as well as a dining table and chairs for the housemates to sit together if they should choose. The living area includes a 42” Smart TV and we also provide you with complimentary access to Netflix for watching in the living area.
Two large fridge freezers are provided so that all house mates have an allocated area to keep your food refrigerated or frozen as well as a large cupboard for each housemate to store nonperishable food items.
There are three available toilets and two bathrooms/shower rooms so getting ready for work in the mornings is easy when needing access to the washrooms.
The kitchen includes everything you need for cooking with cutlery, crockery, utensils, pans etc. Additionally a microwave, kettle, toaster and electric grill are also provided. The washing machine provides rapid wash functionality which can complete a wash cycle in only eleven minutes so there are no long delays waiting to get access to the washing machine when you need to put your clothes in.
Housemates can also download an app to raise issues for the maintenance team who can quickly respond to keep the house working for you with minimal disruption.
