Smallish kitchen to share with enough cupboard space, as well as a large bathroom with bath and shower to share.

I need a tenant that is going to be respectful, clean doesn’t bring people round for parties and okay with my 2 indoor house cats.

Previous tenant is moving out to move back to london, became best friends.

I’m a constant gym lover and will be open to having a gym buddy if you’re up for it, like my previous tenant. I do work full time along with being a makeup artist on the weekends. I do have a makeup studio on my top floor so I do expect the place to be kept tidy for when I have clients round.

If all is respected you are more than welcome to use my studio to get ready in and there is a room we use on the top floor as a wardrobe which you are welcome to use all 6 drawers and half the hanging space.

Side street parking on David street opposite my house, completely safe, previous tenant has parked on that street for a year, had no problems.
