Located 1.8 miles from Newcastle-under-Lyme town centre and a mere 10-minute drive from Stoke Railway Station, enjoys a convenient position along the A34, easily accessible via Junction 16 of the M6 motorway. Within a 10-minute drive, you'll also find Keele University's main campus and the Royal Stoke University Hospital. At the entrance of the Lymedale Business park where there are distribution centres such as New Look, TK Max and George Asda amongst others. Also there are several bus stops on the main road where buses 1/4/4a/37 that go to town as well as Royal Stoke Hospital. 

There is a Morrisons within walking distance to the property. Lidl, Aldi and Sainsburys are a 10 minute drive away.
