closest tube either Wimbledon or Morden
Closest shopping town 15 minute drive or 6 minute train.
Big Tesco 10 minute drive 

I am looking for an individual or couple who are professional (no students), tidy, laid back and friendly. The house is pretty social so anyone new is welcome to become part of that social aspect if they choose to. 

The area is really quiet with a park, leisure centre, 2 gyms and lots of restaurants. 
The neighbours are all really friendly.
