We have a washing and drying facilities available on the property at a very modest rate, plus the garden has a washing line.

It would suit a single or couple who work in the area who value peace and quiet in rural surroundings.

Electric is on its own meter, payable by purchasing a card from the landlord.

We have a lot of livestock on the property including a dog and a cat.  One small well behaved dog or cat is a possibility but definitely no more than that.

The successful applicant must  be fully employed, have own transport, at least two references, and be comfortable living in the country. We are not isolated and are only a mile from the busy village of Kirlby Malzeard, but we are slightly off the beaten track down a farm lane.

 NB; There is a lot of maintenence needed on the farm and we have a large garden. There is the opportunity for gardening work or similar at a separate negociable rate if wanted.
