A deposit of £800 is required,  PLUS one months rent of £800 in advance before the tenancy is signed.

A Credit check will be carried out.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF THEIR PASSPORT WITH THE NECESSARY RESIDENCY VISA IF APPLICABLE.

 

The lease agreement is initially for a minimum period of 12 months after which the tenancy runs on a monthly basis

Should you wish to vacate the property at any time after 12 month you will need to give 1 months notice. All the properties are available for long term lets.

 

Should you wish to take the property you must email   requesting an application form and pay a holding bond of £75 to hold the property.

If you then take a tenancy the £75 is refunded towards your first rent payment. We will not take a holding bond prior to a viewing.

 

“Once your holding bond is paid, you will be emailed with all the relevant forms to complete, which must be completed and returned within 3 working days.

The tenancy documentation will be processed and the tenancy produced.

At this point you will have to pay the deposit of £800 PLUS THE FIRST MONTHS RENT OF £800 IN ADVANCE 

The maximum length the property will be held is 14 days from your holding bond being paid. If you are unable to pay the deposit along with the first months rent and

take the tenancy within the 14 days period the property will be offered to the next candidate”

When the tenancy documents are produced, they must be electronically signed and returned within 2 working days. 

Decoration of the property is allowed on the understanding that any damage to any surfaces are made good and all decoration is of a reasonable standard and completed in full.

We do not supply any appliances/white goods

No floor covering

 

PETS ARE ALLOWED

No smoking is allowed in the property. Any damage caused to the property or decoration must be made good prior to ending the tenancy

We do not accept sharers or tenancies of more than one household.
