We understand our tenants needs and offer spacious, comfortable rooms, and vet our tenants carefully to ensure they look after our rooms, and in return we look after them. We have therefore never had to keep a single deposit at the end of a tenancy and most of our guests keep our phone number and recommend us to friends and colleagues.

All rooms are fully furnished with double bed, mattress, wardrobe, bed side table.

All bills included: gas, electric, water, broadband and council tax.

We prefer longer term tenants but will happily consider shorter term tenants including temp contractors working at Heysham or for Costain.
