The available room is situated at the front of the house on the second floor. There is a further cloakroom bathroom on the ground floor. One of the other bedrooms has an en suite so the main bathroom would only be shared with two others.

The available room is furnished and has a large built-in wardrobe. There is ample space for additional items of furniture if the new tenant wishes to bring additional furniture.
