And the environment? Well, Mitcham, just a short walk away has everything you need for day-to-day things. But you'll probably travel to Colliers Wood - just outside the apartment building is a bus stop which gets you there in about 10 minutes. Once there Colliers Wood Underground Station has quick access to central London. But there's also a lot of great facilities in Colliers Wood including supermarkets, shopping centres, an entire restaurant village, a huge Virgin gym, and even churches. The apartment is also about 8 minutes' walk to the tram station with a fast link to Wimbledon (or, the other way, to Croydon and IKEA!). Staying really close, the famous Mitcham Cricket Green is a couple of minutes away, with the huge 182 hectares-worth of Mitcham Common a little further along. And if you have a car, on-street parking is available in the surrounding roads.
