There is a kitchen fully equipped with fridge/freezers, oven, hobs, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery and all cooking utensils etc).There is a large garden with side access for a bike etc.

The property is close to the supermarkets/shops & the town/train station is only a 15 min walk away. There is also free on street parking.

The train station has buses to the Kent Science Park. The motorway access is very good too with access to the A2, A249, M2 & M20 all very close by.

The rent covers all bills (gas/electric/council tax/water/internet

I am looking for a trustworthy, reliable  clean and respectful house mate

A refundable deposit of £400 is required to take the room.
