This luxurious and stylish fully furnished, twin bedroom with private Bathroom (inc bathtub) is the perfect home for an individual or two people looking for luxury within a budget. 

You will have access to 2 fully furnished living areas (one in the middle floor and one in the ground floor), utility room with washer dryer, ground floor open plan kitchen/dining, garden / patio. The living area on the 1st floor has a balcony on one side and French balcony on the other. It has a extra large smart television (75 inches) as well. The dining room has a large smart TV (65 inches). There is a lock on your bedroom door for privacy as this is a shared house. 

The house is spacious, airy, warm and stylish. This is a five bed house where we are letting out a private twin room on the 2nd floor. There is also a private ensuite double room on the 1st floor which is advertised separately. The two rooms can be let separately or together. Rent mentioned is per room and is inclusive of all bills (including Wifi). 

One parking is free to use on the drive way between the two advertised rooms/spaces (first come first served).  Additional free parking is available around the neighbourhood. You will have a keyless access (code to main door) You will have access to your room on the 2nd floor. 

The kitchen, second lounge and dining room are downstairs. There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen. The garden & patio is accessible from downstairs. Lots of takeaways close by and there is a convenience store in the neighbourhood which is less than a minute away from the house. You can jog or walk around the lakes a minute away from the house! 


The owners have the other 3 rooms out of which 2 are converted into offices and are locked. The last master bedroom (on 2nd floor) is locked for the owners who are mostly travelling and. out of the house. if you need this room for any special purpose for a short term stay, you can also request this room at a mutually agreed price.
