This luxurious and stylish fully furnished house with 3 rooms (Ensuite King, Ensuite Double, Twin bedroom with private Bathroom (inc bathtub) is the perfect home for working professionals (between 3-6 people) looking for luxury within a budget. 

You will have access to 2 fully furnished living areas (one in the middle floor and one in the ground floor), utility room with washer dryer, ground floor open plan kitchen/dining, garden / patio. The living area on the 1st floor has a balcony on one side and French balcony on the other. It has a extra large smart television (75 inches) as well. The dining room has a smart TV as well. There are individual locks on each of the bedroom doors for privacy. Although it is classed as a shared house, it is essentially the full house. 

The house is spacious, airy, warm and stylish. This is a five bed house where we are letting out the 3 rooms (a private twin room on the 2nd floor, a private ensuite king room on the 2nd floor and a private ensuite double room on the 1st floor).  The three rooms can be let separately as well. Rent mentioned is for all the 3 bedrooms and is inclusive of all bills (including Wifi). 

One parking is free to use on the drive way between the two advertised rooms/spaces (first come first served).  Additional free parking is available around the neighbourhood. You will have a keyless access (code to main door).  You will have access to your individual rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors accordingly. 

The kitchen, second lounge and dining room are downstairs. There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen. The garden & patio is accessible from downstairs. Lots of takeaways close by and there is a convenience store in the neighbourhood which is less than a minute away from the house. You can jog or walk around the lakes a minute away from the house! 

The owners have the other 2 rooms which are converted into offices & storage and are locked as have owners stuff.  The owners do not stay in the property themselves; but may need access to the locked rooms occassionally to clear out their stuff. This will be done with enough notice.  Although advertised as shared house (due to the need that the owner at some time will need access to the locked rooms to clear out their stuff), it otherwise is a fully furnished private detached house with Garden.  There are separate listings for the individual rooms should someone be interested in only 1 or 2 rooms in this house.
