Room in a Shared House, Landsborough Gate, MK15

We have a large open plan house with lots of space for socialising and large rooms for alone time. 

We tend to be quiet yet sociable and like to eat together about once a month, watch a movie or go out if someone suggests something. Currently, only the ensuite is available from 8th June but another room is also likely to be available sometime then. 

The kitchen is large and usually people are cooking, eating, relaxing simultaneously. 

We are a short walk from Willen lake, a Sainsbury's, a pub and the bus stop and about 2 miles from central Milton Keynes. 

The agreement is based on one month's rolling contract either side. Typically people stay about a year but some join us for just a few months. All bills are included.  An ensuite double room is £850pcm and a large double room is £750pcm and month's deposit is required.
