With 3 bedrooms, the property is perfect for a group of students to share, as all rooms are fully furnished, with a bed, wardrobe, and a good-sized desk. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, while one bedroom is on the ground floor. The bathroom is on the first floor.

The house has an enclosed back porch, perfect for storage of any bicycles and luggage, leading to a garden area for fresh air.

There is a large living room, furnished comfortably with a sofa and a TV for entertainment! There is also a bar area to the side where you can sit and eat, or simply use as a table, great for keeping social. This leads to the kitchen, which has all necessary appliances (fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster and kettle, and microwave), with tons of storage and cupboard space.
