Upstairs 2 bedrooms have double beds. Very convenient location. Open living, dining, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 en-suite showers in bathrooms.  The property features handy additions such as off-street parking free at night, during the day you will need to park in a nearby carpark, double glazed windows, central heating and wooden floors in lounge kitchen. Small backyard with table and bins section,  Booking need to be a minimum of 2 day in advance. Check in is from about 11 am and check out from 2pm. Cleaners come in to inspect and change door codes at the time of each check out of guests. Price is based on 1 month stays for shorter stays please discuss - this is a guest house and we will undercut all hotels in the local area. Bookings available for March April May 2024 at present.
