Short walk to Merstham station with easy travel to London Bridge, Victoria and Gatwick. Local buses to East Surrey Hospital. 

House has a garden and free on street parking.

My third bedroom is an office but I very rarely work at home so can be used during the week. I will be putting some seating in there for some quiet chilling space as well.

Must like cats as I have three. That does mean that any lodger cannot have pets. I am the only resident in the house. 

Shared kitchen and bathroom. 

I am pretty easy going but do appreciate my peace so the room is not suitable if you are a party animal. 

Looking for a professional female lodger. May suit someone working at the airport or hospital or a hybrid worker going to London a couple of times a week.

No couples I'm afraid.

No smoking in the property but smoking outside is permitted.
