Please message if interested, happy to answer any queries. Shared with a full time professional couple who share a bedroom, leaving the en-suite room available. The flat is in central Mediacity in the Number One Building. There are great transport links to all the surrounding areas.

Mediacity is a really nice area to live in with a wide selection of bars and restaurants. Salford Quays has a number of open water areas which are great for walking and chilling out. It is busy during the day and quiet during the evening with the bars tending to get quite busy during the weekend.

The flat is clean, there are two fish tanks but no pets although. No issue with pets or animals coming round but they wouldn’t really be able to live in. More because it feels unfair on them in a flat than anything else!

The lounge / kitchen has a Juliette balcony. There is a dishwasher and new Samsung washing machine for use as well as the usual oven/hob/microwave. The bedroom and ensuite would be exclusively for your use whilst the kitchen is shared. There is a TV in the en-suite bedroom exclusively for your use, this gives access to catch up services ie bbc, itv etc

Happy with most work schedules but no parties etc. Looking for someone respectful and non smoker. Will consider both full time or shorter terms/arrangements inc Monday-Friday.
