We would be willing to let for a month-by-month basis, with minimum being for 1 month. So, you can rent the house for one month only, for example. 
3 bedroom house, with stunning sea views, only 2 minutes walk from Mawgan Porth beach. House is upside down, to make the most of the views. Upstairs, there is a large kitchen diner, with living space, all fully equipped, to very high standards, with amazing views of the bay. There is also a family bathroom. Downstairs, there is one bedroom (king-size bed) with ensuite, and wall mounted TV, a second bedroom which can either be one super-king, or twins, with ensuite and wall mounted tv, and in bedroom 3 there are bunks beds. The garden is fully enclosed. In the village there are a few shops, a surf school, 2 pubs and a restaurant. Up to 2 dogs permitted.

Monthly rent includes all utilities, SKY TV, all heating etc, wi-fi
