We are offering our holiday let flat for a longer term rental and include the furniture and kitchen ware, all bills and WiFi are included in the monthly rent. The split level property includes one double and two single bed rooms (one can be a second double). It is not suitable for pets. It will be available from November 2nd for a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 6 months. The property does not include a washing machine or dryer. There is a separate bath and shower, a TV and sonos music system. It is located in The Old Town of Margate near to the beach, shops and restaurants. The train station and bus routes are a short walk away. It could be suitable for contractors or friends wanting to share. There is a strict no smoking rule within the property.
