Description

Note: This OpenRent Property Is No Longer Available For Rent. Description below is only for reference, and you can no longer book a viewing or contact this private landlord.

Firstly. Please send us a written enquiry with your details. We don't respond to people just asking to view. The flat is going to be shown to a shortlist of applicants so please send details of how many you are and when you wish to move.

A stunning two bedroom; two bathroom flat with spectacular sea views and the largest terrace in the development. This is one of the very best of the apartments in the iconic and prestigious Royal Sea Bathing development in Westbrook - one of the nicest areas that Margate has to offer - very close to the railway station and a short drive or ten minutes stroll to central Margate with all its attractions including the Turner Contemporary, the charming Old Town with its vintage shops and cute cafes and the usual seaside entertainments of amusement arcades and much more.

For commuters the iconic building is conveniently located on the Canterbury Road thus allowing easy access to the road network; the station is a couple of minutes walk and London is only 75 minutes away by high-speed train.

The flat is at the back of the Royal SeaBathing which is literally on the prom and could not be much closer to the sea! This flat is in the more-recently-restored part of the development nearest the sea and has stunning sea views from its large windows.

With solid oak flooring throughout the flat and two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite shower room) this apartment would particularly suit a professional couple or sharers (the community rules forbid leaving buggies etc in the communal areas so this flat is not suitable for those with babies or toddlers).

The living room is very light with large windows giving dramatic views over the beach and bay and leading on to the massive terrace facing West, so beautifully sunny in the afternoon and evenings.

The compact but complete kitchen has a window with views over the courtyard and has a fridge, freezer, oven and hob and a washing machine. It is just off the living room giving an open-plan feel. The family bathroom has a bath with shower attachment over and the en-suite is a standard shower. Both have loo and basin too.

There is a numbered parking space in the underground car park and 24 hour security on site making this a very secure environment to live or live/work. Children can play safely in the enclosed grounds and parcels can be signed for by the porters. The Royal SeaBathing is a very civilised place to live and we thus regret that we cannot accept students or anyone who may want a more 'lively' atmosphere!

Rent is £725 a month including secure underground parking and water rates. Council tax is very reasonable at Band C so £127 pcm or £95 pcm for a single person.

Our lovely tenants have had a baby and are moving to a house. Please respond with as much information as you can: work status; how many of you there are; when you wish to move etc etc.

No agent enquiries, no DSS, no pets and no smoking. We require a month in advance and a month as deposit and charge no fees to tenants. Thank you.
