I am looking for a University student to take over the tenancy to this spacious studio situated near the City Centre in Wilmslow Park - Rusholme Place. Rent would be £219 p/w with everything included but with my help it would overall be less (see last paragraph).
Location wise it's amazing for a student, being very close to University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University (~10-12 mins walking distance), close to transport links and shopping links through Tesco and Lidl.
If you have any more questions feel free to ask! I will pay off the first installment meaning the first month is essentially free and am open to other financial contributions since I know the rent is quite a lot, just get in touch with me so we can discuss it. The property is open to move in immediately after the contract is taken over.
