*The house has excellent access to the M56, M6 and M62 motorways. Each motorway is accessible within 5 minutes by car.

*Metro-link train is a 10minute walk which provides transport to all areas mentioned here and more

* Hale and Altrincham are both less than a 6 minute drive also

*Manchester City Centre is 20 minutes by car

*Chorlton’s bar and restaurants is just 10minutes

*The house is situated just a 5 minute walk from Timperly Village and the surrounding supermarkets (Aldi, Tesco Extra)
