The house has lots of amenities with 2 fridges, 2 freezers and 2 washing machines between four housemates. There are two sitting areas and access to an enclosed garden with an Indian stone patio and shed to provide bike storage etc if needed. There is off-road parking and Whitefield is a lovely area of North Manchester with shops, gyms, parks, places to eat and socialise and great tram and road transport links. We are looking for 1 occupant per room to make for a household of 4 people in total as we like to ensure housemates have sufficient space and amenities to enjoy comfortable uncrowded living.
