We are looking for a female preferably to rent the room, it is a double bedroom, it has a spacious wardrobe and a comfortable double bed, it has lots of storage room, and the room has a big window giving a beautiful view of the outside. 

The location of the house is ideal, as it is very close to the town centre which is about 8 minutes by car and by bus it’s about 20 minutes. The location is great as it is near the AO arena, and a pure gym and also very close to lots of shops, such as Asda, Lidl and more… and close to several different pharmacies, and it is also close to Manchester Fort which makes the location ideal and very convenient.

🚨The area is clean and quiet and is only a 30 minutes walk to the town centre. The rent of the room is of £600 per month with all bills included.🚨
