Pets and smoking is not allowed in the house.

The house is semi-detached,  peaceful  and situated in a convinient location a very short walk from Didsbury Village, public transports (tram (Didsbury Village Station), train (East Didsbury Station-which taks you to the airpot) and bus stops), lots of shops and parks. 

It has a large and modern kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a very nice back garden with a hot tub. The house is kept in very good condition and has free parking at the front.

I have up to 3 rooms to rent, one with a double bed and two with single beds, all with wardroves and a desk with a lamp.

Internet and bills are included. It is expected  that the guests leave the shoes in the entrance hall to keep the common areas free from mud/dirt which are cleaned regularly. Slippers or socks are encouranged. 

There is free parking at the front as there is a large driveway that can accommodate 3 cars.
