One double bed room will be available at Brockley Avenue, Fallowfield Manchester M14 from 21 March 2018 to 4 Sep. 2018. One person only. Prefer a quiet and nice tenant. Short term is accepted.

It is not like asimple student accommodation but very family-oriented terrace house. Veryfriendly English neighbours will help you to feel ease and comfortable. Sharedthe house with one family, one PHD student. The landlady is very nice andfriendly. There is one double bed, one wardrobe and desk and chair inside theroom. There is a living room downstairs. Also we could be the host family for internationalstudents. Madam Zhang is from China, holding DPS qualification. If you wouldlike the meals to be included, please contact me for further discussion aboutprice. The family could cook Lu Cuisine, Chuan Cuisine and Yue Cuisine andother international cuisine. Nice soup ready everyday. We do volunteer forambulance and foodcycle and like to contribute to the society.

380 pounds per month per room including water, electricity, gas bills, internet and TV license, council tax. All facilities are available, such as washing machine,fridge, microwave, heating, small garden. 2 minutes to bus 111. 7 minutes to Wilmslow Road and Oxford Road and many buses such as 42, 43, ,142, 143 etc. 20 minutes walk to the University of Manchester and MMU, and 15 minutes by bus to the city centre. 40 minutes by bus the airport. 10 minutes walk to curry miles. Aldi, Asian supermarkets and various restaurant and takeaway are nearby.
