Hi there! I am a 29 years old young professional from Hong Kong. I recently moved into a new-built house in Ashton-under-Lyne and am now looking for a friendly, respectful and clean young professional to fill a Double Ensuite Room at my loft.

I am a friendly, easy-going and clean person who enjoys travelling, fine arts and socializing with new buddies. In my free time I enjoy painting, model-making, reading and cooking. I would like to share my house with a like-minded and friendly person, who is about my age and is having a stable education or profession. It would be a plus if you can respect to my house rules, be quiet at night, keep the place clean and tidy as well as behaving in a responsible manner. And if you like Japanese culture or fine arts, I am sure we will get along very easily.
About my house:
My house is a new built and I newly moved in few months earlier. All facilities are brand new and my place is well furnished that comes with comprehensive furniture and equipment . In my lounge there is a smart TV, a speedy WIFI, a modern bar table for dinning, a sofa, and a large built-in kitchen unit with oven and fridge where you can enjoy cooking freely.
There are 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms in my house. In the loft bedroom you will have your own bathroom with shower facilities. Besides, the house comes with a very hot water boiler, functional room heating panels and floor-heating at the lounge area.
In terms of security, my house is equipped with security grille at the backyard and a functional monitoring security alarm, so you can stay at home at ease without safety concern.
About my area:
My house situates in Ashton-under-Lyne and the neighborhood is quiet and safe at night. The location is extremely convenient where you can access to different facilities with a very short walking distance:
IKEA & ALDI (1 min walk)
GYM/ Pet Clinic (3 mins walk)
Sainsbury & M&S (5 mins walk)
LIDL & Asda (5 mins walk)
Ashton shopping center ( 7 mins walk)
Besides, it is only 2 mins walk to bus and tram station, with frequent buses taking around 35 - 40 mins to commute to Piccadilly Garden.
