Room in a Shared Flat, The Garden House, M4

This is a lovely two bedroom, third floor city centre flat situated in the very heart of the Northern Quarter. 

It has two bedrooms, a lounge and kitchen, as well as a 'rock star' inspired bathroom with shower and bath!

Electric heating and all white goods - Fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave etc. 

The flat is clean, modern and furnished with a large L Shape Leather sofa, an armchair, Large TV, cupboards, tables, and there is a King Size bed and clothes rail in the bedroom to let.

You will be sharing with the owner (myself) and my Dog Joe... A very friendly,, loveable and ultra housetrained English bull Terrier - So you must like dogs!

I work from home as a marketing and social media manager 4 days a week, so I will be in the flat working during the day most weeks.

I have not been living at the flat for a few years, and have literally just moved back over last Christmas ‘’23 Holiday period (I am still unpacking!)

To clarify - There is a double bed in the rented room and all the bills are water rates, electric and council tax to be split between us both, approximately another £80 per month on top of the rent. 

One request - No smokers, party monsters (done all that stuff now!) or really very untidy people please!

I am easy going and hope you will be too.
