I would like to rent my single room to a good person who wants to live very close to universities and within a short walking distance to Manchester City Centre. A good contract and a safe place to live are assured. I'm an easy-going person, respectful, and I like to keep the house clean. The price of rent includes all bills: Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water, Broadband, Parking, and Flat Insurance. The cost of cleaning products such as toilet paper, window cleaners, bleach, tissues, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, etc., is covered by me. Light, open, cozy, and safe bedroom. This bedroom offers a great view of Manchester City Skyscrapers. It is the best place in the house to sleep. The kiwi green-colored walls will make you feel secure and will help you cool down after a busy day. This room has everything you need: a bed, wardrobe, desk with chair, and chest of drawers. The rest of the flat is for you to explore, excluding my bedroom. I respect your privacy and ask for mine to be respected as well.

I prefer male tenant to live here with me, and no smoking, no drug and no party. This house will be a peaceful place for someone who would like to stay as a real home.

Location of the house:

It's super easy to get to my house. The house is located in the student area of Hulme. By train, I recommend stopping at Manchester Oxford Road train station and taking a 10-minute walk to my block. If you start your journey from Piccadilly Gardens, you can take buses 250, 85, or 86 and stop at Booth Street West, next to Faith Pharmacy. If you have a car, simply type in my postcode and park in our parking lot.

• 1mins walk to Hyatt Hotel, which Premier League Football Team always stay there, you will have chances to meet the team almost every weekend.
• 1min walk to the local shop, Restaurant:  Korean/Azuma, Chinese/Peace Garden, Korean BBQ/Emoji and pharmacy downstairs
• 2mins walk to Alliance Manchester Buisness School
• 3mins walk to Coop shop, Manchester Aquatic Center, Five guys, Brewdog, Starbucks etc.
• 5mins walk to UoM Univeristy place, Simon building, Kilburn building Engineering Building. It is just located in the center of UoM campus.
