The house: Its big, there is a lot of natural light, wood floors and high ceilings. Superfast fibre broadband (up to 75mbs). The area is really quiet and full of families so sleeping at night and enjoying time in the garden is never an issue. The food options are great, really surprised me when I first moved to the area.
Main bedroom (top of the house): Really good size with en-suite. Loads of space for clothes and an alcove that would fit a desk or comfy chair for a reading nook. The en-suite bathroom has both a bathtub and separate shower which was recently installed.

Communal bathroom - pretty typical. Bath-tub shower, reasonable size.

Garden: Its a sun trap, big enough for a BBQ but small enough that maintenance is minimal. There are raspberry, strawberry and rhubarb plants among others, plenty of space for you to start growing something of your own if you are interested!

Living room: A good size a sofa, TV and two armchairs in there
Kitchen: Loads of space here, breakfast bar, big work surface, large oven and living area stretching to the garden.

Basement: function over style here. Washing machine and dryer. Being underground means no disturbance while you sleep! Also a small bathroom here (just a toilet and sink).

Parking: there is not a drive but street parking is plentiful.

25 minute walk to deansgate locks and deansgate station in the city centre.
15 minute walk to Trafford bar tram stop
20 minute walk to cornbrook tram stop
30 minute walk to media city and spinningfields
If you cycle you can get right across town to the Northern Quarter in 20 minutes.
There is a tesco metro a 4 min walk away and the giant ASDA in Hulme is a 15 minute walk.
