Description of Boggart Hole Clough

Boggart Hole Clough is a large urban park in Blackley, a district of Manchester, England. It occupies an area of approximately two square miles and includes an ancient woodland with steep ravines and sloping gullies. It has been designated a Local Nature Reserve since 2008.

The park also includes a picturesque brook and boating lake. 

Many public events are staged here throughout the year, including regular park-runs, mountain bike rides, summer family-fun days and an annual bonfire with fireworks display. 

In 2018, the park received the much-acclaimed Green Flag Award for the eighth year running.
