*No businesses can be run from our premises ( especially illegal or immoral)
*No additional guests.
*No under 21 years old, unless staying with family.
*No tampering with house systems.
*Mandatory: weekly/fortnightly cleaning and linen+towel change by our professional team. Frequency depends on the length of booking and the number of people staying
*Additional cleaning/rubbish collection required following your stay will be automatically charged at minimum of £100.
*Quiet hours between 11pm and 7am.

 Breach of any rules might lead to immediate termination of booking, and leaving the property without refund for the remainder of the booking.

 *A refundable damage deposit of £300 is required via a Stripe/Bank Transfer, refunds may take 5 business days after check-out.

 *The photo ID of the attending booker is also required to complete the reservation.
