The Property
The house comprises two bedrooms, one living room, and a combined kitchen/diner. Contemporary updates include a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, separate dining table, and all the necessary mod cons such as a washing machine, under-counter fridge, and separate freezer and microwave. Every effort has also been to include all that you might need to cook regular meals. The cosy living room has a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa for relaxing.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor. Although for longer stays it may be possible to combine 2 single beds to create a large double bed. There is ample storage space for your personal belongings. The bathroom is a modern white suite with a bath and an over-the-bath electric shower. wash basin, wc, and towel radiator. Fresh towels, linens, and toiletries (shampoo, body wash, soap, and toilet rolls) are provided. In addition, for longer stays, a complimentary fortnightly clean is offered.
There is free high-speed wireless Wifi throughout. For your convenience, we have provided an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and clothes drying stand.
There is a spacious rear yard, for relaxing during the summer months and for your convenience there is street parking directly in front of the house.
We are happy to welcome families, holiday guests, or contractors working in the local area.
