The spacious and stylish lounge is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day seeing the sights of the Fylde Coast and Blackpool. With comfortable sofas and high-speed Wi-Fi, the whole family can enjoy this relaxing space. The whole house is newly refurbished with contemporary soothing décor and beautiful wall art. There's a wall mounted 50" flatscreen HDTV with Netflix so you can bring all the family and everyone can have their own space.

Kitchen / Dining Area
Stretching to 40 feet long this huge space is great for all the family. The dining area has a wall mounted 43" flatscreen HDTV and there is a large dining table with chairs. The dining area leads to French doors and the patio.

The modern kitchen with sleek grey doors is fully equipped for the whole family if you choose to cook at home. With a gas range oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer, kettle, 4 slice toaster (for those busy mornings when everyone is hungry!) and a good selection of pans, utensils and crockery.

Utility Room
Equipped with a Hotpoint washing machine and a clothesline in the back garden, you can keep the families' clothes clean and fresh.

Cloakroom
Situated next to the utility room is a downstairs WC and sink.

Workspace
There is a dedicated workspace on the second-floor landing complete with desk, chair and next to a plug socket (for charging those laptops!).

Bedrooms
Newly refurbished with tranquil décor, you'll be sure of a restful night sleep for the next action-packed day! On the first floor there are three large double bedrooms, one with a King size bed, one with a double bed, and one with two single beds. On the second floor there are two large double bedrooms, one with a King size bed and the other with two single beds. All beds have semi orthopaedic mattresses to give you and your family the best possible chance of a great night's sleep! Crisp white linen and soft pillows are provided as part of your stay. The bedrooms all are supplied with a stylish clothes rail and drawers for your clothes, together with a wall mounted mirror so you can be sure you'll be looking your best during your stay!

There are 3 large bathrooms, so there's enough space for everyone to get ready in the morning! There is a family sized bathroom on the first floor, with WC, sink, bath and walk in shower. There is a large En-suite bathroom to the master bedroom with WC, sink and shower over bath. On the second floor there is a large family sized bathroom with WC, sink and shower over bath. Each of the bathrooms are light and airy and towels are provided. You can enjoy a fresh vibrant shower to the start of your day or a relaxing bubble bath in the evening in all of the bathrooms!

Free Parking
There is free street parking in front of the house. It can get busy during summer months, especially during the weekends when day trippers come to visit the beach. However, it eases up considerably after around 5pm when everyone heads home. With so much on your doorstep it's likely you won't need your car for most of your stay!

Location
Situated very close to the town centre of St Anne's and only 5 minutes' walk to the beach, it's a great place to stay with other friends and families. You can all have your own space while staying in the same building!
