We have a spare room to rent in a brand new property which is a large double with adjoining office/ dressing room. room can be partly furnished or unfurnished. Brand new carpet is due to be laid throughout the upstairs next month and room will be available on the 1st July.
Will consider couples who are looking for short term placement at a total cost of £1000pcm all bills inc.
Room has a double bed, 50inch smart TV which is linked to the house hold Netflix account. 5ft clothes rail and drinks fridge. Black out blinds and lovely views.
All common areas will be shared.
House has a Large bathroom with walk in shower and shower over bath. Up stairs and downstairs toilet. Large kitchen with seating
Large lounge. Private off street parking. Lovely quiet housing estate with beautiful views.
There is no regular public transport in Loxwood so you would need to drive.

Loxwood is 6 miles from Billingshurst which has the nearest train station and 20 minutes drive to Horsham.
There’s a pub called the Onslow arms which is very popular and a social hub for all ages about a 7 minute walk and is next to some lovely walks along the Wey and Arun canal.
New housemate must like dogs - 3 and a cat.
Would be ideal for someone who works from home or commutes to the larger towns/city’s ie Guildford, Horsham, Crawley, London
