We have our high standard shared house on Gracedieu Road ready to let for the 2024 / 2025 academic year! 6 Gorgeous bedrooms available from 1st July 2024 to 31st June 2025. We are happy to take group bookings! 

A large house of varying room sizes to suit every budget. The house includes two small double bedrooms, three large double bedrooms and one double/en-suite bedroom.

Each bedroom comes fully furnished with a minimum of a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.

We include ALL bills in the price, including TV licence and 300mb internet as standard with all of our houses.

The property comes with a fully furnished living room, fully fitted kitchen (including dishwasher and tumble dryer) and TWO separate bathrooms. There are locks on every bedroom door.

The garden has a large patio area for studying or relaxing outside and ample bicycle parking.

Located on the edge of Loughborough University campus (Engineering side), the property is a 5 minute walk to most University departments. With excellent transport links with the campus shuttle and normal bus stop being close by, it makes it very easy to pop into the town centre.

Prices per room are as follows:
Small double rooms (2) – £95 per week
Large double rooms (3) £105 per week
En suite (1) – £130 per week
