Please note there is not an option of renting the cottage unfurnished. Also whatever period you would like to book has to be paid for before confirmed.

Lostwithiel has a main line train station with direct trains to Paddington, Truro and Plymouth.

Pet friendly, soft furnishings would have to be professionally cleaned at the end of the tenancy. No cats that claw.

You can choose to stay any length of period of between 6 and 10 months. Shorter stays may be possible but the price would change. The property is a holiday let in the summer.

Heating is run off a communal boiler and there is an extra charge per month when required.
