DOUBLE room Available for between one and three months with Potential to Move to a rolling contract after that

£1000 for minimum two months (£100 Extra per month for stays of less than two months).
Can accept up to 4 months with potential to renew onto a rolling contract after that.

Please note there is a medium sized resident dog that you will come across now and then

Due to the nature of the rooms, being generally short to mid term,  there is a no guest policy. This means everyone can be sure that the House always remains peaceful and quiet and it’s never overcrowded (Also since all four rooms are for single occupancy only)

Coded Yale smart lock on the front door… You can also use keyless entry with your fingerprint.
