Council Tax is band C – 2017/18 charge without exemptions/discounts is £611.68, so £50 per month without discount. A single tenant can receive a 25% discount from Westminster council.

Electricity is based on usage, but is approximately £70 per month. There is no gas.
Parking:
There is plenty of residents only parking outside the property so you just need to obtain a residents parking permit from Westminster Council for £100 per year.
Who to let to:

They only let to tenants who have proof of salaried employment. Sorry, but the block does not allow tenants who are students, DSS, Housing Benefit or tenants with pets.
Directions:
From Bayswater Tube, cross the road and the road opposite is Inverness Place. This road leads into Inverness Terrace and the block is almost directly in front of you on the other side of the road. This is only a one minute walk. From Queensway Tube, turn into Queensway and when you get to Bayswater Tube, follow the directions above. This is a 2-3 minute walk.
