Holding Deposit: We ask for 1 week's holding deposit whilst we check references (Landlord and Employer) and credit checks to reserve.

Private Rental: As private landlords we aim to be upfront and clear (without the surprise charges from agents). We find this route helps build an open, stronger rapport helping to make the experience a smoother one.
