We are pleased to offer a large and nice brand new double en-suite room in our boutique design co-living property, located on a quiet street, a stone throw from all the amenities of vibrant Cristal Palace Triangle!

Your single monthly membership fee (rent) will include everything - council tax, all utility bills, super fast 300Mbs unlimited WiFi, ample storage space, fully equipped kitchen, stocked down to knives and forks, weekly cleaning of communal areas and bathrooms and much, much more! You will enjoy hotel-style convenience combined with true home cosiness.

The double en-suite room available have a newly designed kitchen on the same floor, literally next door, to be shared with only one another resident! Our residents are great people to live and chat with - all of them are young professionals and very, very interesting people!
The room is skilfully furnished and come with a comfortable double bed with plenty of underbed storage, 2 wardrobes, chest of drawers, mirror, bedside table with a lamp, desk with chair and a smart TV.

Comfortable memory foam mattress, rainfall shower and additional soundproofing of your room are all envisaged for you to enjoy the right ambience after a busy day.

Boring but important features of the room and the house include double glased windows, USB-sockets, Grade A fire alarm system, smart thermostats for best climate control, newly installed heating and hot water systems.

After a busy summer day you can relax in a swing chair in our shady communal rear garden with a glass of bubbles or share a dinner with your like-minded mates under huge vertical garden (we call it “The Jungle”), or be inspired in our Banksy gallery on the first floor.

Your kitchen will include everything - lots of storage, a new large fridge-freezer, cooker with oven and grill, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and much more - down to forks and knives. Separate powerful washing and drying machines are provided on the same floor.

Just 50 metres off your doorstep there is a famous Crystal Palace Triangle, with its artisan coffee shops, well-rated restaurants and plenty of small concept stores. You will be also less than 10 minute walk from 2 train and 1 Overground stations and less than 3 minute walk from leafy alleys of Cristal Palace park.
