We have double rooms available to rent in this 6-bedroom house on Woodheyes Road, located in a lovely residential area of Brent Park!
This property offers a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms in both with a shower, and one also with a bathtub. There is a communal area with a dinning table, with benches and chairs. And finally, there is a shared patio out the front, and central heating throughout.
2. ROOM DETAILS
We have a double room coming available in our 6 bed house in Neasden NW10! The room comes fully furnished to a very high standard and contains a double bed & mattress, built in wardrobe and bedside table. The bed will also come ready made with dressed duvet and pillows so all you need to move are your belongings ;)
3. COST
Double rooms for £162pw/£700pcm
For couples there is an additional £10 pw/£50 pcm charge
NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED - ONLY YOUR FIRST MONTH’s RENT AND A £20 CHECK-IN & RESERVATION FEE. This covers reference check, rent guarantee insurance, new bedding, cleaning fee at the end of your stay!
Rent is collected on 1st of each month via direct debit.
4. BILLS & CLEANING
All bills, council tax, water, gas, electricity and fibre optic broadband are included in the monthly licence fee. There are no hidden costs, the monthly rental figure is all you pay.
The communal areas are also cleaned every two weeks at no extra cost
During the summer months the front garden and back patio will also be maintained.
5. HOUSE FACILITIES
Top priority - the house has super fast fibre optic broadband!!
The house also has a large kitchen with a breakfast bar seating 4 people as well as 2 x fridge/freezers, 2 x ovens and plenty of kitchen cupboards for storage.
There is a great communal living space with dinning room table & bench to seat 6 people. There are two family bathrooms, both containing baths/showers and toilets.
Outside there is a terrace and small garden at the front of the house and a large private patio area at the back of the house, which is perfect for BBQs and enjoying the hot summer evenings!
6. TRANSPORT
The house is a 10 minute walk to Neasden Underground & a 15 minute walk from Dollis Hill Underground stations, both on the Jubilee line Zone 3. There are also bus stops at the end of the road that will take you to Brent Cross shopping centre and to Ealing. The house also has direct access to the A406 (North Circular) and is a 10 minute drive to the M1.
7. LOCATION
The house is situated on Woodheys Road in Neasden, a lovely quiet location with on-street parking available (permit available). The house is a mid-terrace property and is located walking distance from Tesco Superstore (24 hours), Ikea, Nandos & McDonalds.
The house is also walking distance from Gibbons Recreational Ground, Roundwood Park and Tokyngton Recreation Ground.
