Room in a Shared House, Woburn Place, WC1H

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in April at Scape Bloomsbury (WC1H). (STUDENT ONLY)

I live in a medium studio, in the 5th floor. The building is located 7 minutes walk from Russell Square station, and 10 minutes walk to UCL main campus (3 min to UCL ioe). There’s a Tesco Express, Waitrose, Sainsbury, Tiantian Market in the Brunswick square right next to the building.


Rental price is £650pw bills included. (price negotiation accept!)
The room is furnished with double bed, en-suite bathroom and own kitchen with microwave, electric hob, fridge-freezer.
The contract ends at the start of Sept. 2024
