A spacious top-floor loftroom (all bills included) is available for rent in a stunning Mill Hill home. This room accommodates a large desk and provides ample space for your needs. The house features a generously sized shared living room, kitchen, washing machine, parking and family bathroom with two separate toilets. You will have access to a vast garden and direct entry to 60 acres of open fields, forests, and meadows behind the house.


Walking to the nearby shops takes only five minutes, while getting to Mill Hill East tube station is a 15-20-minute walk. Alternatively, you can opt for the 221 and 240 buses, just a five-minute walk away. These buses can take you to Mill Hill East and Mill Hill Broadway in 10-15 minutes and operate throughout the day and night, offering excellent transport links to central and outer London. You can park free on the road, except for the Saracens rugby match days.

There's a friendly, harmonious feeling in the house. We genuinely care and look out for each other. And that goes for the housework, too—we each do our bit to keep the house clean, tidy and replenished. Sometimes, we hang out and cook together; at other times, we give each other space to be alone.

About the House-Mates:
There's a medical doctor, a marketing specialist, and me. I'm a sort of jack-of-all-trades. Lastly, but by no means least, there's Madison, the one-year-old sweet Cockapoo. (Please, and sorry, no other pets.) She is super cute and calm, loves people, and cuddles.
