We have a huge double-fronted double room with a private bathroom coming available in mid to late September 2019. The room is over 16 square metres (over 174 square feet), suitable for couples and in a four bed house near the river Thames.

The house has four bedrooms in total (each with its own bathroom or ensuite). There is a shared living room and kitchen area, along with a shared garage for general storage and a large garden for BBQs.

Spectacular views of Tower Bridge are within less than 50 metres from the house. The area has a Sainsbury's, Tesco Extra, and is rich in culture and history (the Mayflower pub is close by, which was the original mooring point of the Pilgrim Fathers' Mayflower ship back in the 16th century).

The housemates are in their late 20s and 30s, from a range of British and international backgrounds, so the conversations are fairly interesting, and are very clean and tidy.

All bills are included in the rent. Superfast Virgin Media fibre-optic broadband is also included. 42 inch TV in the living room area, along with plenty of space for food storage in multiple fridges and freezers.

The rent would be higher for couples (at £1,325 pcm), with all bills included.
